Group Art Therapy
Group art therapy involves approaching art as therapy. This means we let go of expectations about whether something is 'good' or 'bad'/'right' or 'wrong' - instead we appreciate whatever shows up in the creative process. Often the act of art making is an intuitive one.

During a session we may start off with a meditation or visualisation, followed by creative prompts and reflections. A session may be focused on a certain theme.

With gentle guidance, art therapy can be about exploring materials that you may be familiar with or the opposite - either way it is about play, fun and experimentation!
Group sessions can allow us to (re)connect with our innate creativity and inner child to bring a sense of wonder and curiosity to the table.

Sharing reflections and your art to the group is encouraged but of course voluntary. Each person has the opportunity to share where comfortable in a safe space.

Ideal for smaller groups of between 4-8 people.

Cost is negotiable - please contact me to discuss arrangements for price as it depends on participant numbers and resources available.
