Welcome.
Meet Michelle, Your Art Therapist
My name is Michelle Lo and I'm a qualified transpersonal art therapist (College of Complementary Medicine), artist and curator (UNSW Art & Design) based in Sydney. I've worked in the arts for over a decade and in the recent years I've been involved in the arts and health sector across hospital, residential care and community.

I'm passionate about bringing people together through art, serving my community by making art accessible and connecting meaningfully with others from all walks of life.

I've seen how the positive impacts of creativity can have on our mental health and wellbeing. My approach is person-centred, supportive and non-judgmental, facilitating a space where creative expression, curiosity and exploration is encouraged.
You don't have to be an artist to participate in art therapy. The heart of what is involved in healing work is appreciating where you are at. Art therapy can help facilitate healing, encourage a deeper awareness and understanding of yourself, and hold the space for you to share your experiences and unique perspectives.
